ECFE Family Fun Night
All families with young children (birth to 5 years) in our communities and in our programs are invited to the upcoming Early Childhood & Family Programs Family Fun Night….. “THE BEACH PARTY RETURNS” Friday, March 19, 2010 at Gladstone Center from 6-7:30 PM. Join other families and staff for a night full of little hands exploring in the sand, sons and daughters splashing in the water, beach ball toss, mom/dad keeping trim in the gym, sitting back to enjoy a snack, and listening to words and rhymes at a story time!
The evening will include beach activities galore, creating with many different art materials, and a storyteller from the North St. Paul Library. Each child will receive a free book to take home and enjoy reading with their family. Be sure to dress in comfortable summer clothes for a “fun in the sun” evening. The ECFE Scholastic Book Fair will be open during the “Fun Night” for families to purchase additional books (all profits made at the Book Fair go toward the purchase of classroom books for the ECFE classes at Gladstone and Beaver Lake Centers.
