We are located in the District Education Center, on the second floor in the Community Education office. Please park and enter through the east end of the building and check in with the receptionist.

Facility Use Application

There are multiple ways to submit your completed application:

  • Download and Mail, or bring it to Community Education Facility Use, District Education Center, Room 204, 2520 E 12th Ave, North St. Paul, MN 55109. Our office is open Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm. An after-hours drop box is available.
  • Fax your application to 651-748-7497.
  • Email your application to apolos@isd622.org or dwheeler@isd622.org.

If you are unable to print an application, please call 651-748-7439 to have one mailed to you, or you can pick one up in our office.

Concession Stand Agreement

You must complete a concession stand agreement online before operating a concession stand in ISD 622 facilities. The agreement is good for all concession stand use for the period of July 1–June 30 during the year you complete the agreement.

Gym/Field Cancellation Form

Notify us of canceled practices before noon on the day of practice by completing this online form. Please contact your organization's designated scheduler if you need to reschedule a canceled practice.

Weekend Gym Use Request

We are currently accepting requests for weekend gym use. Requests will be processed beginning July 1 in accordance with our Facility Use Procedures.

Pool Rentals for Organizations and Teams

We coordinate the use of two swimming pools in District 622. Our pools can be rented for recreational use, scout badge work, team building, swim team practices, swim meets, company celebrations and more. Call 651-748-7436 for more information.

Skyview Middle School has a competitive 8-lane pool with a diving board. Entry is by ladder. An electric lift is available.

Rates

Rental rates start at $65 per hour and include lifeguard(s). There is an additional charge for building supervision. There may be additional charges for custodial services on weekends and non-school days.

John Glenn Middle School has a competitive 8 lane pool with a dedicated diving area. There is a stairway and ramp entrance.


Ice Arenas

District 622 is home to two ice arenas—Polar Arena in North St. Paul and Tartan Arena in Oakdale. For available ice time, go to rinkfinder.com. Contact each arena directly for additional information and reservations.


Facility Use Procedures and Fees

School District 622 (North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale) encourages community use of district buildings and grounds when not in use for school-related activities. Most buildings and grounds are available for a variety of activities, as guided by school board policies. District 622 buildings and grounds are not available for private parties, dances, wedding receptions, or filmmaking.

Community Education administers the use of buildings and grounds. District 622 reserves the right to refuse the use of school buildings and grounds when it has been determined that such use is not in the best interest of District 622. All facility users are subject to all applicable district policies.
