Community Bridge Adults with Disabilities Program
Our mission is to provide inclusive opportunities for adults with disabilities to build and maintain friendships, learn, serve and become active members of the community.
The consortium is sponsored by the school districts of Mahtomedi, North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale, Roseville Area, South Washington County, and White Bear Lake Area School Districts. North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale serves as the consortium office.

Guidelines for Participation
Community Bridge Consortium classes and activities are customized for adults with cognitive disabilities. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to ensure an enriching experience for all participants. Your cooperation in following the guidelines listed below helps to make the classes and trips run smoothly and safely.
