Youth
We provide lifelong learning opportunities for youth and strive to provide an environment where children and teens can gain new skills and knowledge, make connections with others, and achieve increased involvement and empowerment as young people.
Youth Enrichment
Youth enrichment classes are for kids in grades K-12 and may take place before school, after school and on non-school days.
Swimming Lessons
Our American Red Cross-trained instructors help develop water safety and swimming skills in a positive, fun, learning environment. Classes are offered in the evenings and on weekends during the school year and throughout the day in the summer.
Driver's Education
We offer driver's education for teens at North and Tartan High School in partnership with Safeway Driving School. Classroom and behind-the-wheel lessons emphasize defensive driving techniques tailored to the inexperienced teen driver and the invincible teen attitude.
School Age Care
Adventure Connection
Adventure Connection has been providing quality child care in District 622 for over 30 years. It is a convenient, safe, and caring place for children in preschool through 5th grade.
FLIGHT
F.L.I.G.H.T. (Future Leaders Inspiring Growth, Honor, and Talent) is a new afterschool program created for middle school students paid for by the Minnesota Department of Education After-School Community Learning grant. Experience a fun and safe space to explore unique opportunities at no cost from the hours of 2-6 p.m. during the school year.
Epic Connection
Epic Connection is a fun, safe space for middle school students during the summer. Think of it as an older, more mature version of Adventure Connection, with plenty of freedom and space to be yourself.
